Shipping Information – Smart Straps

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days Free on orders over $50 ($5 for orders below $50)
Express Shipping 1-3 Business Days $10
Same-Day Dispatch Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST), Monday–Friday ✅ Available for Express orders
Same-Day Dispatch Details
Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST), Monday–Friday will be shipped out the same day.


If you place your order after 12 PM, it will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
Same-day dispatch applies to in-stock items only.
📦 All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
🚚 Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Locations


Currently, we offer nationwide shipping within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international orders in the future. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.


3. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


To track your order:


Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number.
Visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number.
Get real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery date of your package.
🔍 If you don’t receive a tracking email within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact us.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders


We strive to deliver all orders on time, but unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.


If your order is delayed or missing, follow these steps:


Check your tracking details to see if your package is still in transit.
Verify your shipping address to ensure it was entered correctly.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, contact our support team at support@smartstraps.au.
We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide updates.


5. Return to Sender & Incorrect Addresses


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase.


If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping or a refund (minus any shipping fees incurred).
